Generic Documents

• Original Passport (Current & Old Passport) – Current Passport must be valid for min 1 Year from date of Visa appointment 

• Visa Specification Photograph 35mm X 45mm ( 4 )
• Copy of the birth certificate/Bonafide certificate (for child only)
• Copy of marital status ( marriage certificate )

Financial Documents

• Personal Latest Bank Balance Certificate with Bank Seal & Signature till With Good Balance.
• Personal Income Tax Papers Last 03 Yrs with COI / Form 16 
• If Applicant Is Employee – Salary Slip of Last 03 Months + NOC To Travel from Employer.
• If Applicant Is Director of His Company Than Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association.
• If Applicant is Business Person_GST / MSME Certificate 
• If Applicant is retired then need Retirement letter

Travel Documents

• Tour Plan 
• Hotel Voucher 
• Confirmed Air Tickets
• Travel & Medical Insurance

Some additional documents may be required depending on purpose of travel for example Business, Exhibition, Conference Medical Treatment or Tourism 

Invitation Letter, Exhibition participation evidence etc 

Visa Fees
( Amount may differ as per country)

• VFS – at time of Booking Visa Appointment 
• Visa Fee – at time of Visa filling (Cash)

Notes 

• Schengen Visa may be granted for specific days as requested. Hence, kindly be certain about dates of entry and exit 
• Schengen Visa has to be applied from country where maximum stay is. Incase 2 countries have equal stay, from country entering first 
• Biometric is must for Switzerland, Norway and some European countries 
• Other European Countries may waive Biometric incase previous Visa and records of max 3~5 years is available 
• We make best efforts for Visa grant, however final decision is with Embassy
